Brule Village is within walking of the slopes, except for Anderson Lake (15 min on a private lake). The Brule Village is serviced by a FREE shuttle bus daily.

Lodging Seasons & Minimum Stays
Discount Nightly Rate Opening through 4pm 11/24/11, 4 pm 3/11/12 through closing & all non holiday (12/24-1/3) Sunday through Thursday. Two night min stay Mountain Dream & Lakeland Views categories. Fri/Sat. night stay required for weekend stays.
Weekend Nightly Rate Friday or Saturday from 4 pm 11/24/11 through 4 pm 3/11/12. Friday/Saturday Night Minimum Stay.
Holiday Nightly Rate 4 pm 12/24/10 through 4 pm 1/3/11. Lakeland Views & Mountain Dreams 3 night minimum stay, all other categories 2 night minimum stay.
Lakeland Views & Mountain Dreams Category Discount Season: 2 Night Minimum Stay. Holiday Season: 3 Night Minimum Stay. Thanksgiving: 4 Night Minimum Stay With 4th Night 1/2 Price. Martin Luther King & Presidents Weekends: 3 Night Minimum Stay.
General Information
Standard Amenities Towels, linens, pillows, bedding, kitchen or kitchenette, dishes, glassware, cookware, utensils, coffeemaker, toaster, microwave, refrigerator, stovetop (oven in non kitchenette properties), direct tv, wireless internet, hot tubs, gas grill and basic spices.
Deposits & Payments 50% of the total fee is due at the time of reservation. Balance due upon arrival for non holiday reservations. Holiday reservations balance due 10 days prior to arrival. A credit card is required prior to check in to against damages/losses. MasterCard & Visa accepted. Driver's license and credit card must be presented at check in.
Cancellations Deposits are refundable, less a $50 handling fee, if cancelled 30 days prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within 30 days, no refunds. No refunds due to weather. "No shows" forfeit the entire deposit.
Check In / Check Out Check in is at 4:00 p.m. & check out is 10:00 a.m. Late check out will be extended to guests staying in properties that do not have new guests checking in on your departure date. Check with the Lodging Office for availability of late check out (5 p.m.)
Minimum Rental Age 25 Years of age or older
Telephones Brule Village offers guests free local calls. Long distance service is available by using a calling card or a toll free number. Some cellular service signals are available at Ski Brule (AT&T, Verizon), but coverage is not the best.
Pet Fee $25 per pet per night in pet friendly properties. Pets not declared will be charged $40/night for entire stay; pets not declared in a non-pet unit will be charged the nightly pet rate plus a $70 pet clean fee.
Brule Valley Management reserves the right to change booking to a comparable size unit.

All children age 9 and under sleep free based on comfortable capacity. Listed rates are based on an "up to" rate including children. All rates subject to change.

Renter agrees to declare all guests at check in and pay for additional people. If additional people are not declared, then the renter will be charged for an additional $50/person/night (number of nights based on total nights on reservation), regardless of age, for all guests not declared and paid for at check in.
